Negev Dessert Pastel Teacups with Mix-and-Match Saucer/ Dessert Plates

These beautifully hand-shaped teacups were inspired by the simple, stark beauty of the Negev desert at sunset, with its palette of pastel colors reflected off the mountains. They were made using the actual clay of the Negev dessert. 

Hand painted in subtle desert hues of sand, stone and sienna with sky blue and a  flourish of soft iridescent pink, they are accented with 22K gold that is fired on, as an homage to the preciousness of the Land of Israel. 

The matching side plates are organically shaped and contoured, making them ideal as either saucers or dessert plates for cake, cookies or sorbet.

These make wonderful and welcome wedding gift, or addition to your own serving ware for use on any special occasion.
