This unique set of 2 plates was handmade from terracotta color clay hewn from the actual land of Israel.
They the surface was decorated using my own technique that combines. several media and application methods, after which it was glaze fired before getting handpainted 22 karat gold accents and iridescent overglaze over parts of them and then into the kiln they went for a third firing.
As with all handmade art, no two pieces are identical. Limited edition pieces are created in the same basic shape, size, style and palette, but there will be small differences due to handmade nature of my work.
