The inspiration for this one-of-a-kind necklace is the dove, a universal symbol of peace, and the longing for it by people of all faiths here in Israel and around the world. Hand made from the clay of the Holy Land, this charm is glazed in sea blue turquoise and has 22-karat gold kiln-fired accents. I paired it with a custom strand of blue tourmaline and 14-karat gold-filled beads.
When you are wearing this necklace you literally have the Land of Israel with you wherever you go. Our sages teach that everything in the physical world has a spiritual counterpart and vice versa. That means that when something is made of the physical earth of the holy land, it also has its spiritual sparks embedded within it. As with all handmade art, no two pieces are identical. Limited edition pieces are created in the same basic shape, size, style and palette, but there will be small differences due to handmade nature of my work.
