These hand painted dishes were inspired by the seven special species with which God blessed the Land of Israel.
In describing the extraordinary beauty and uniqueness of the Land of Israel, Scripture tells us, “For the Lord your God is bringing you to a good land, a land with brooks of water . . . a land of wheat and barley, [grape] vines and figs and pomegranates, a land of oil-producing olives and honey [from dates]. (Deuteronomy 8:8)
They are hand painted using pure pigments and underglazes in a watercolor style on bisque fired clay hewn from the earth of Israel's sacred ground.

As a final touch they are hand painted with 22K gold kiln fired gold accents as a symbol of the preciousness and beauty of the land of Israel.
