Hand made in organic lines of clay hewn from Israel's Negev desert, this seder plate set is inspired by the night of the crossing of the Red Sea.
Glazed in blues, greens, and clear glaze over bisque-fired earthenware, the design includes a center path with gold-outlined circles in different sizes to represent the men, women, and children who courageously crossed the sea.
It features handpainted 22 karat gold accents as a symbol of the preciousness of the Torah the Israelites were en route to receiving.
This original piece of functional art is signed by the artist and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
It makes a beautiful, meaningful and useful gift, destined to become a treasured family heirloom that will appreciate in value, as it is used each year on Passover. It can be displayed as art year-round.
