Family projects foster individual creativity by providing a supportive environment that encourages self-expression and exploration. When families engage in collaborative activities, each member can contribute their unique ideas and perspectives, as they work on a joint project.
We begin with a brief introduction about art, spirituality and the Land of Israel, and a guided meditation to inspire you to connect with your inner artist. (We all have one). Working in clay is a a wonderful experience during which you will feel connected to your essence, by virtue of having been created by God from clay. (Genesis 1:6)
In this very special workshop you will make not only beautiful and unique functional art, but also cherished memories of creating something together that you will enjoy using for years to come. In the first half of the workshop each person will hand-build their own piece, such as a dish, plate, bowl, or serving place with the guidance of an instructor. The second half of the workshop is for surface decoration using a variety of textures, tools, and paints.
What makes this extra special is that wherever you live you will always have a physical piece of Israel in your home, along with the spiritual sparks embedded within it.
