CREATING IN CLAY
How it Works:
In the first half of this truly special workshop, each family member will roll out clay and trace their handprints. After cutting them out, you'll use your handprints to form your challah tray by layering and joining the individual pieces together.

For groups of 6-12In this unique workshop each person will hand build, paint and decorate their own piece of ceramic functional art from the actual clay of the Land of Israel in a single session of 2 to 2.5 hours.
In the first half of this workshop you will learn to form your pieces using the pinch, coil or slab method to make your choice of a cup, mug, plate, set of 3 small bowls, soup/cereal bowl, serving platter, kiddush cup or name plaque for your house.
Once your pieces are ready they are placed in front of a fan to stiffen up while you choose your paint colors and plan your design. You’ll create your surface decoration using a rich array of colors, and a variety of application techniques including brushing, splatter, sponging and layering.
NIS 295 per person
Includes all materials, glazes, instruction, inspiration, and firing.
Finished pieces will be ready in 4-5 days.

We have a lovely selection of organically shaped and sculptural honey jars hand built from the actual clay of the Holy Land.
Choose your colors, get creative and start painting! Not happy with your design, or messed up? No worries - wipe it off and start again.
90 minutes session, all paint, glaze, stencils, stamps, and tools, and firing.
NIS36 per person studio fee, plus the cost of your honey jar. Prices range from NIS275 for a honey jar with cover, to NIS360 for a 3 piece set with ceramic dipper and plate.No prior experience needed. If you can hold a paintbrush, you can do this!
Your glazed and fired honey jar will be ready for pick up in 2-3 business days.
