Family workshops are so special becauses they are  a wonderful combination of  family unity, while also celebrateing each person's unique contribution. Workshops include all  All materials, instruction, assistance, inspiration, and firing. Prices do not include VAT. Tax rebate form is provided upon request.

CREATING IN CLAY

Handprint Challah Tray

How it Works: 

In the first half of this truly special workshop, each family member will roll out clay and trace their handprints. After cutting them out, you'll use your handprints to form your challah tray by layering and joining the individual pieces together. 
 ₪ 350 per person

In the second half, you’ll paint the handprints on the tray, with each person choosing their own colors and style.

Your challah tray is not only a symbol of family unity, but also a strong statement of the value placed on each individual's unique contribution. It will become a cherished part of your weekly Shabbat table— holding not just the memory of this special experience, but also a piece of the land of Israel itself, from whose clay it was formed.

In this 2 hour workshop you will experience the joy and satisfaction of molding clay into a vessel using the classic pinch technique.

Create your surface decoration using a variety of tools, brushes, and stamps, and stencils, as well as paints and glaze.

Botanical Impressions in Clay

Tableware

In the first half of this workshop you will use leaves, flowers and herbs, or even the lulav's arba minim to roll amazing impressions into slabs of clay. From these slabs you will make your choice of a  plate, dish, bowl, menorah, seder plate set, serving piece or challah tray. In the second half of the workshop you will decorate and paint your piece. Your piece will be glazed, fired and ready for pick up in 8-10 business days. 

Making Ceramic Jewelry

Create beads, pendants and earrings from clay, and decorate the surface with a variety of tools, and paint to create something truly unique!
