CREATING IN CLAY WORKSHOPS
Sukkot Impressions
Using the Foliage and Clay of the Land of Israel.In the first half of this 3-hour group workshop, participants will use a rolling pin to press freshly picked leaves, flowers, and herbs into slabs of clay, which they will use to form their choice of plate, bowl, dish, tray, serving piece or vase.
The second half of the workshop is for surface decoration. Choose from a stunning array of colors and application techniques to create your own unique design.Your glazed and fired piece will become a piece of functional art used in your home, reminding you of Israel, and this special unique experience.Many people like to pick their own botanicals in the lovely garden just around the corner from the studio, full of flowers, plants, grasses, herbs, and trees including fig, pomegranate, olive, date, and grape vines, but we will have botanicals for you to use in the studio.

Reservations and a 50% deposit are required. We accept credit cards, BIT, PayPal, Bank Transfer and cash. A confirmation email and deposit details will be sent after you book your workshop.
Includes all materials, instruction, inspiration and firing. Fired pieces will be ready for pick-up in 7-10 business days
